Cookie Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on the user’s browser or device when they visit it. It makes it possible to remember information about the visit — language, logged-in session, pages viewed — and helps the site to work, as well as providing information that can be used to improve the service.
This policy also applies to other technologies for storing and retrieving information on the user’s device, such as browser local storage, tracking pixels and device identifiers.
The use of cookies is governed by Article 22(2) of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), by the GDPR and by the criteria set out in the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s guidance on the use of cookies.

5. Consent and managing your preferences
The first time you access the website, a cookie settings panel is displayed informing you about their use and allowing you to:
- Accept all cookies.
- Reject all non-essential cookies, as easily as accepting them and at the same level of the panel.
- Configure consent by category.
Until the user makes their choice, no cookies other than technical or strictly necessary ones are installed. Users may change or withdraw their consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link permanently available in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Consent will be requested again at least every 24 months.
6. How to disable or delete cookies from your browser
Users may allow, block or delete the cookies installed on their device through their browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may prevent some sections of the site from working properly, including the booking process.
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari (macOS/iOS): Preferences / Settings → Privacy.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Most browsers also offer a private browsing mode that prevents cookies from being stored permanently.
7. International transfers
Some third-party cookies may involve the processing of data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by adequacy decisions of the European Commission or by standard contractual clauses. Details can be found in the privacy policies of the respective providers.
